Our exclusive "Z-Lock" reverse locking system is designed for the most demanding applications. It provides added protection against the loosening or unlocking of the sealless connection in either direction.

These tools are designed for the strapping of concrete products, crates, lumber, metal products, palletized products as well as other products to be unitized with steel strapping.

The ZL90 series tools are specifically designed for use with high tensile steel strapping (of up to 156,000 psi / 1100 N/mm²) and may also be used with regular duty strapping for much improved durability. For use with strapping sizes from 1 1/4 x .025" (32 mm x 0.635 mm) to 1 1/4" x .031" (32 mm x 0.80 mm).

The proven patented design provides optimal seal joint efficiency, while at the same time requiring minimal effort for a tool in this category.
