The
only available combination tools with a drum / windlass
type tensioning system for heavy-duty tension requirements.
These tools may be used in a variety of applications including
small, round or irregular packages.
These
tools come equipped with our exclusive "Z-Lock" reverse
locking system designed for the most demanding applications.
It provides added protection against the loosening or unlocking
of the sealless connection in either direction. These tools
are designed for the strapping of concrete products, crates,
lumber, metal products, palletized products as well as other
products to be unitized with steel strapping.
The
TE31 series tools are designed for use with high tensile
steel strapping (of up to 156,000 psi / 1100 N / mm2)
and may also be used with regular duty strapping for much
improved durability. For use with steel strapping sizes
from 3/4" x .025" (19 mm x 0.635 mm) to 3/4" x .031"
(19 mm x 0.80 mm).
The
proven patented design provides much improved seal joint
efficiency, while at the same time requiring 30 to 40 %
less effort compared with any other tools in a similar category.
With
the fewest individual parts and components, less maintenance
and repair is required compared with other tools in a similar
category.
Replacement
of parts is very simple and it takes only a few minutes
to replace the feedwheel, gripper, knife, punch or die.
