These pneumatic tools are designed for the rapid and reliable strapping of concrete products, crates, lumber, metal products, palletized products as well as other products to be unitized with steel strapping.

These tools come equipped with our exclusive "Z-Lock" reverse locking system designed for the most demanding applications. It provides added protection against the loosening or unlocking of the sealless connection in either direction.

The PS90 series tools are specifically designed for use with high tensile steel strapping (of up to 156,000 psi / 1100 N/mm²) and may also be used with regular duty strapping for much improved durability. For use with strapping sizes from 1 1/4" x .025" (32 mm x 0.80 mm) to 1 1/4" x .031" (32 mm x 0.80 mm).

Two buttons control the entire operation of tensioning, sealing and cutting.

The design of the sealing mechanism assembly allows easy access for strapping.

The proven patented design provides much improved seal joint efficiency compared with other tools in its category.

With the fewest individual parts and components, less maintenance and repair is required compared with other tools in its category.

Replacement of parts is very simple, and takes only a few minutes to replace the feedwheel, gripper, knife, punch or die.
